INDIANAPOLIS — On April 8, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) homicide detectives arrested a 16-year-old from Indianapolis, for the murder of Nathan Trapuzzano.
The suspect is currently being held at the Juvenile Center. He is recovering from a gunshot wound he received during an incident on April 1, at 1141 W. 35th St.
He is also a suspect in an aggravated assault case from March 30, which occurred in the 2900 block of Dr. Martin Luther King St.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s office will provide further information concerning these cases.
The IMPD would like to thank the community, Southwest and Northwest district officers, and the ATF Task Force for their support and assistance.
According to the IMPD, information provided by the community was vital to this investigation.
