Commonwealth Engineers Inc. has more than 40 years of experience in providing environmental engineering services focused on water resources including potable water, wastewater, and stormwater.
The company recently hired Toby Church, a licensed professional electrical engineer, to expand its services to include electrical/mechanical and instrumentation and control design, energy audits and power quality analysis to better serve Indiana communities.
Church has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical and control field and is a licensed master electrician, an Association of Energy Engineers certified energy auditor, and has formal training in power quality analysis.
“We have had two projects for which Commonwealth and Toby Church have worked on for us. Both projects involved significant refurbishment and installation of new electrical, HVAC and I&C systems,” Town of Fishers Assistant Director of Public Works Rick Farnham said in a press release. “Toby is a good communicator both on a technical and practical level. Toby’s approach takes into consideration operation’s staff issues, work routine and reporting systems. He is open to input from all levels to ensure a better end result. For both our projects, the town has a better end-product based on Commonwealth and Toby’s technical expertise and knowledge.”
