Hendricks County Flyer
— Just after 7:30 p.m. Sunday, officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched to the 3000 block of North Webster Avenue reference a person shot. When officers arrived, they found a 17-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. EMS personnel transported the victim to Eskenazi Hospital in serious condition.
Investigators are canvassing the area for potential witnesses, but were provided a suspect description of a black male, unknown height, wearing all black including a hoodie with a sliver stripe and armed with a handgun. No other information is known at this time, however, as detectives release more information this advisory may be updated.
