Hendricks County Senior Services hosts its monthly Parkinson’s Support Group on the second Tuesday of each month at the senior center.
The next meeting is 10:30 a.m. April 8.
The support group is open to anyone who has Parkinson’s or is caring for someone with Parkinson’s disease. Meetings are confidential and free of charge.
This month Bruce Gardner from Medtronic will be presenting on deep brain stimulation.
No reservations are needed to attend.
HCSS offers this service to help support those who are living with Parkinson’s and those who care for Parkinson’s patients.
Juli Krizan, a physical therapist who has been practicing for more than 19 years, providing therapy to patients at Hendricks Regional Health, facilitates the support group.

New participants are always welcome and membership in the senior center is not required.
