Hendricks County Senior Services, 1201 Sycamore Lane, Danville, hosts a monthly Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Group, sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association. The next meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Feb. 25 at the Hendricks County Senior Center.

This month the guest speaker is David Berthold, a care counselor for those caring for someone with Alzheimer’s. Berthold will share helpful ways of dealing with anxiety and depression.
“My mission as a care counselor is to provide you a place to talk freely, get support and ask questions to express your emotions, feel accepted and comfortable which is the first step towards healing and the beginning of personal growth for caregivers,” Berthold said, in a press release.
The support group is open to baby boomers and seniors. All meetings are confidential and free of charge.
