Dewayne B. Carter of Brownsburg

Dewayne B. Carter of Brownsburg died Tuesday. He was 50.

Mr. Carter was the owner/operator of Carter Construction and was a fan of the Miami Dolphins.

Survivors include his wife, Laurie Carter; children Brittany (Matt) Warrenburg, Lauren (Doug) Shelton, and Taylor Carter; parents James and Priscilla Carter; sister Cindy Carter; and grandchildren Avery Shelton and Max and Ella Warrenburg.

Funeral services will be private. Matthews Mortuary in Brownsburg is handling arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the Taylor Carter College Fund care of PNC Bank.
