Jeffrey W. Carver of Sheridan died April 10 in Noblesville. He was 60 and had formerly resided in Avon.
Born Aug. 27, 1952, in Indianapolis, he was a son of the late Arthur Wallace and Golda Evelyn (Wilson) Carver.
Mr. Carver enjoyed baseball, softball, and traveling. He also enjoyed NASCAR, and was especially a Tony Stewart fan.
Survivors include a son, Delton (Ana) Hinderliter; grandchildren Jazmyn, Faith, and Isabella; brothers John (Shirley) and Joe (Pamela) Carver; a sister, Ann Hash; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the large pavilion on top of the hill at the Avon-Washington Township Park, 115 C.R. 575 E., Avon.
Calling will be for an hour prior to the service.
