Thomas A. “Tom” Casey of Brownsburg, formerly of Winchester, died Monday at his residence. He was 62.
Born Oct. 23, 1951, in Wallace, Idaho, he was the son of the late Joseph and Francis (Schellhaas) Casey.
Mr. Casey was a graduate of Winchester Community High School (1970), Saint Joseph’s College, and the Indiana University School of Law. He practiced law for 32 years in Winchester and Brownsburg.
He is survived by two sons, Shawn T. Casey (Willis Arrington) and Mark D. (wife Elizabeth) Casey; two sisters, Julia Johnston (Brent Ivans) and Margaret (husband Joe) Brown; a brother, Joe (wife Cynthia) Casey; and eight nieces and nephews, Justin Brown, Nicole (husband Josh) Nelson, Aiden Nelson, Kendall Nelson, Owen Nelson, Kristin Johnston, Brandon Johnston, Brian Johnston, and Meaghan Casey.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Nov. 9 at Walker Funeral Home in Winchester with Father Christopher Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Fountain Park Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Nov. 8 at the funeral home and also one hour prior to services.
