Lexie Manco

Lexie Manco of Troy, Mo., and formerly of Indianapolis and Scottsville, Ky., died June 29 at St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles, Mo. He was 81.

A Bowling Green, Ky., native, Mr. Manco was the son of the late Allen Manco and Eula Jones. He married Lattie June Douglas Manco and she preceded him in death.

Mr. Manco was a retired machinist for Parker Manufacturing in Indianapolis and a member of Redemption Worship Center.

He is survived by three sons, Allen (Cathy) Manco of Brownsburg, Danny (Pam) Manco of Warrenton, Mo., and Ronald (Billee) Manco of Bowling Green, Mo.; one daughter, Donna Dalton of Troy, Mo.; one brother-in-law, Mack Vickrey of Philadelphia, Mo; eight grandchildren, Gil, Johnny, Danny, Misty, Jeremy, Elijah, Wyatt, and Ronnie; and four great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Clayton Manco; and two sisters, Aline Vickrey and Bernie Crane.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. July 3 in Redemption Worship Center with the Rev. Mark Townsend officiating. Burial will be in Haysville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. July 2 and from 9 a.m. until time of service in the church.

Goad Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
