Helen E. Harrison of Plainfield died July 13 at Plainfield Health Care. She was 96.

Born Jan. 19, 1917, in Monrovia, she was a daughter of the late James and Jennie Cain.

Mrs. Harrison was a homemaker and member of Plainfield Christian Church and Naomi Rebekah Lodge No. 115.

Survivors include nieces Brenda Cesnick, Jean Pryor, Audrey Kirk, Connie Cravens, Carol Harde, and Mary Jane Marker; and nephews Tony and Tracy Lumpkin.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Howard Harrison.

Graveside services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Maple Hill Cemetery.

Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
