Wilma Fern Burns of Brownsburg died Friday. She was 91.
Born Dec. 9, 1921, she was the daughter of Roy and Wanda Johnson. She married Edward M. Burns and he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Burns was a homemaker who loved to quilt and paint still-life.
She also taught Sunday school for children at her home church, Bethesda Baptist in Brownsburg.
Survivors include a daughter, Judith A. Jackson (Dr. Lloyd Jackson); a son, Bruce K. Burns (Jeannie Burns); daughters-in-law Nancy and Betty Burns; 13 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were two sons, James M. and Robert G. Burns; four sisters; and three brothers.
Services are 1 p.m. July 15 at Matthews Mortuary, Brownsburg, with visitation there for two hours prior to services. Burial will be in Bethesda Cemetery.
