Sherri Gayle Muse died Sunday afternoon at her Lebanon home. She was 51.

Born May 29, 1961, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Spencer T. and Barbara A. (Williams) Muse.

Her early life was spent in Indianapolis, before moving to Lebanon. She was a graduate of Baptist Academy in Indianapolis.

For several years, she worked downtown Indianapolis as an assistant administrator at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Ms. Muse enjoyed camping and fishing with her family and playing board games.

She was a member of Household of Love & Faith Church in Lebanon.

Survivors include her parents, of Brownsburg; children Kami E. Muse-Myers, Jacy R. Muse-Myers, Robert N. Muse-Myers, and Sara L. Muse-Myers, all of Lebanon; a sister and brother-in-law, Deborah K. and Ed Brown of Indianapolis; and a brother and sister-in-law, Woodrow H. and Robin Muse of Indianapolis.

Preceding her in death were brothers Norman A. Muse and Spencer L. Muse.

Services are 5 p.m. Thursday at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502 N. Lebanon St., Lebanon, with the Rev. Mike Goforth officiating. Interment will be at a later date at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.

Calling at the funeral home will be for two hours prior to the service.
