Nikki Valorani of Danville died April 25. She was 66.
Born Jan. 23, 1948, in Muncie, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Kathryn Sullivan Nickell. She married Jerry Valorani and he survives.
Mrs. Valorani was the owner of Red Horse Livery in Coatesville. She was an artist and avid horsewoman. She raised horses for 32 years in Florida, Canada, and Indianapolis.
She was a world traveler, had been the co-chair of the Coatesville Revitalization Committee, and was a dedicated supporter of the Food Pantry in Coatesville.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by son, Joseph (Michelle) Valorani of Avon; granddaughter, Kathryn Valorani of Avon; a brother, Ted Nickell of Oregon; mother-in-law, Nancy Valorani of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Phil Nickell.
Services will be held in May. Arrangements will be announced at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Coatesville Revitalization Committee.
