Wilma “Geraldine” (Macy) Breneman of Clayton died May 5 in Heritage Pointe in Warren. She was 90.
Born April 8, 1924, in Straughn, she was the daughter of the late Rollin Warney and Muriel E. (Woodward) Macy. She married Melvin H. Breneman on July 9, 1944, in the Hopewell Friends Church in Straughn. He survives. They were married for 70 years.
Mrs. Breneman was a clerk at the Clayton Post Office for 20 years, retiring in 1987. She previously worked at Plastic Equipment in Clayton, Perfect Circle Corp. in Hagerstown, and at JC Penny in New Castle.
She was a member of the Clayton Presbyterian Church.
Additional survivors include her daughters, Carol (David) Sarber of Huntington, Cathy (Steve) Sorrells of Sunnydale, Calif.; grandchildren, Christina (Dave) Shoff, Candace Sarber, Jason Cook, Sunny Collins; and great grandchildren, Mykala and Mandi Amos, and Samuel Shoff. She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Macy and a sister, Miriam Snyder.
Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. May 10 in Weaver & Randolph Funeral Home in Clayton with the Rev. Barry Early officiating and Jan Smith playing the organ. Burial will be in Clayton Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home.
