Rudolph Gene Kisner of North Salem died April 15. He was 85.
Born Oct. 4, 1928, in Edgewood, he was the son of the late Carl and Mable (Williams) Kisner. He married Marcella (Tinie) Courtney on April 10, 1953. She survives.
Mr. Kisner was a member of North Salem Christian Church, the Mason for 50 plus years, the Knights of Pythias, and Teamsters 135.
In addition to his wife, survivors are son, Kevin (Tammy) Kisner; daughter, Karen (Rick) Hardman; foster daughter, Alta (Dallas) Trump; grandchildren, Karla Fleece, Kelly Kisner, and Krisann Hood; great-grandchildren, Hayley Fleece, Cody Baker, Natalie Fleece, Autumn Fleece, Sara Wall, and Deondre Boller; sister, Marcia Sowders; and pet, Daisy K.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Kisner; and his two beagles, Deacon and Daisy May.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. April 19 at the family farm, 6095 N. C.R. 575 W. in North Salem. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Family requests casual wear or jeans for the service.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service at the farm.
