— Dale May Perryman Mumaw Majors died Saturday. She was 92.

Born April 9, 1920, in Indianapolis, she was a daughter of the late Estelle Oneida and Alfred Ray Perryman. She married Rex Mumaw in 1941. He was killed in a military action in 1944. She then married Rayhugh Everett Majors in 1946 and he died in 1961.

Mrs. Majors was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church of Brownsburg, Order of Eastern Star, Hendricks County Homemakers’ Club, Red Hat Society, and the Grandmother’s Club. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and playing cards.

Survivors include children Lynn Majors Glunt (Jack), Paul L. Majors, and Martha “Marti” Majors Taylor (Scott); grandchildren David Glunt (Paige), Carrie Majors Berry, Jennifer Glunt, Jason Majors, Chrissy Taylor Walling (Derek), Jeffrey Glunt (Lara), and Sarah Taylor; and great-grandchildren Andrew Glunt, Alexandra Glunt, William Berry, Noah Cooper, Samuel Berry, Cooper Walling, and Jackson Glunt.

Services are 1 p.m. Friday at Flanner and Buchanan - Zionsville. Graveside services are 2 p.m. Friday at Old Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Calling is for two hours prior to the service at the mortuary.
