Marion F. Breeding of Clayton died May 10 in Meadow Lakes in Mooresville. She was 83.
Born April 6, 1931, in Thornton, Ky., she was the daughter of the late William and Sally Ann Holbrook Day. She married Richard A. Breeding on Dec. 24, 1949. He preceded her in death.
Mrs. Breeding was a homemaker and worked for RCA for 16 years. She loved to read and sew.
Survivors include her children, Dick (Tina) Breeding, Sondra (Ron) Cooper; brother, Arthur Day; sisters, Mary Jo Webb, Myrtle Ann Mead; granddaughters, Mandy Carnell, Shannon Dannel, Tori and Kaitlin Breeding; and a great grandson, Patrick Carnell.
She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Mildred Hodge and Marguerite Louise Polly.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. May 15 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home in Plainfield. Burial will be in Clayton Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. May 14 in the funeral home.
