Jimmy E. Hayden of Plainfield died Feb. 17. He was 80.
Born March 13, 1933, in Indianapolis, he was the son of the late Ernest E. and Doris V. Merritt Hayden. He married Anna “Earlene” Larison on July 8, 1953, in Brownsburg. She survives.
Mr. Hayden was a U.S. Army veteran and worked as a salesman for Tubular Sales in Indianapolis for 20 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by children, David (Peggy) Hayden of Daphne, Ala., Richard (Anna) Hayden of Pittsboro, Donna (Chris) Rader of Danville, Steve (Lisa) Hayden of Indianapolis, Scott Hayden of Indianapolis; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. Feb. 20 in Baker Funeral Home in Danville.
