Peter J. “Pete” Davis of Eminence

Peter J. “Pete” Davis of Eminence died Feb. 9 in his home. He was 39.

Born Aug. 27, 1974, he was the son of Fred and Bonnie (Fransen) Davis of Belleville. He married Kerrie Frick and she survives.

Mr. Davis was a 1993 graduate of Cascade High School. He was a machinist at Rolls Royce in Indianapolis for the past eight years.

He was a member of Hazelwood Christian Church and the National Rifle Association.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his children, William Taylor Davis, Peter Macoy Davis, Lillian Rochelle Davis; father and mother-in-law, William and Shirley Frick of Brownsburg; siblings, Keith Davis of Belleville, Matt (Johnna) Davis of Bloomington, twin brother Paul (Jessica) Davis of Guatamala, Andrea (Dusty) Elmore of Lewisville, Ill., Sara (Nenad) Simeunovich of Aurora, Ill., and Tara Davis of San Angelo, Texas; sisters-in-law, Kristy Ault and Kimberly Phillips, both of Indianapolis, Korrie Frick of Mooresville, Karen (Chuck) Bloom of Johnsville, Ohio; brother-in-law, John (Vickie) Stima of Shelby, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, Eddie Moehorl and Mike Stima.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 15 in Hazelwood Christian Church. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Feb. 14 in the church.

Weaver & Randolph Funeral Home in Clayton was entrusted with arrangements.
