Herbert L. “Jack” Griffin of Indianapolis died Feb. 5. He was 86.
He married Ramona Lauderbaugh Griffin and she survives.
Mr. Griffin was a route salesman for West Bread Co. and Tasty Bread Co. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Chapel Rock Christian Church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter, Bev (Mike) Lively, Sherry (Carl) Baker, Dawn (Chris) Disher; nephew, Dennis (Farrell) Williams; six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Norma, Doris, and Helen; and grandchildren, Katie and Zack.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Feb. 8 in Conkle Funeral Home in Avon. Burial will be in Clayton Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Feb. 7 in the funeral home.
