Kenneth Kermit Luhman of Clayton died May 9. He was 81.
Born Nov. 24, 1932, in Dickinson, N.D., he was the son of the late William and Ethel A. (Kitzman) Luhman. He married Mary Alexander on Aug. 29, 1953, and she survives. They were married for 61 years.
Mr. Luhman had been a supervisor at Citizens Gas for 38 years, retiring in 1990. He was a member of Bartlett Chapel United Methodist Church in Avon. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Additional survivors include daughters, Ellen (John) Clayton of Dublin, Kathy (Tom) Rembold of Clayton; grandchildren, Westley and Ashley Rembold; brothers, Gene Luhman of Bergman, Ark., Stanley Luhman of Speedway; and sister, Myrtice Wyland of Phoenix.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. May 12 at Bartlett Chapel. Burial will be in Clayton Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. May 11 in the church.
