Gladys D. Hartmann died April 4. She was 82.
Born April 26, 1931, in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Clara (Rolfsen) Gorden. She married Richard Hartmann and he survives.
Mrs. Hartman graduated from Wright College in Chicago and held positions in human resources and medical administration throughout her working career.
She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Brownsburg, Eastern Star, a sorority, Red Hats, and was involved with American Legion. She was also a church volunteer and enjoyed working in ceramics.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by children, Ted DuHack, Lehn DuHack, Michael and Susanne DuHack, Joseph DuHack, Chris and Colleen Horvath, Richard and Gail Hartmann, Cheryl and Al Conrad, Cindy Hartmann, and Robert and Debbie Hartmann; brother Earl Gorden; 23 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
A private Memorial service will held at 1 p.m. April 26 in Messiah Lutheran Church.
Visitation will be at 12:30 p.m. in the church.
