Judith “Judy” Robinette of Plainfield

Judith “Judy” Robinette of Plainfield died Oct. 11. She was 71.

Born Jan. 23, 1942, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Albert “Roy” and Ruth Charlene Lydy Hickey. She married Dennis Robinette and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Robinette worked for the phone companies for 25 plus years before retiring in 1988.

Survivors include a son, Michael Patterson; a daughter, Michelle Christopher; a brother, Robert Hickey; a sister, Pat Turner; four grandchildren, Leslie Christopher, Sgt. James Christopher USMC, Dylan Patterson, and Nic Patterson; and two grandchildren, James M. Christopher and Joseph M. Christopher.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 16 in Hall-Baker Funeral Home in Plainfield. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hall. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 15, in the funeral home.
