Elsie J. (Marcum) Williams

— Elsie J. (Marcum) Williams died Sunday at Manor Care at Prestwick. She was 91.

Born Dec. 9, 1921, in Monticello, Ky., she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Kate (Burris) Marcum.

Mrs. Williams was a homemaker.

Survivors include children Bennie “Joe” Williams and wife Barbara of Clayton and Mary Ruth Reed of Martinsville; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were daughters Estelle Pierce, Runelle Urban, and Elizabeth Williams.

Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Weaver & Randolph Funeral Home in Clayton. Interment will follow at Clayton Cemetery.
