Ruth (Headrick) Turner

Ruth (Headrick) Turner of Avon died Wednesday. She was 86.

She was the daughter of Clyde and Anna Mae Hood Headrick. She married Clinton G. Turner and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Turner was a homemaker. Her memberships included Danville Church of Christ.

Survivors include sons Michael E. Turner and Myron A. Turner; daughters Cheryl A. Stierwalt, Gleeretta Scott, and Myrna B. Riddle; sister Juanita McPherson; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

A sister, Inez Martin, also preceded her in death.

Services are 1 p.m. Nov. 26 at Conkle Funeral Home in Avon, where friends may call for two hours prior to services.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
