Charles Melvin Testerman of Brownsburg died Saturday. He was 76.
Mr. Testerman had worked as a data processor for GM Allisons, retiring in 1992 after 38 years.
He was a member of St. Malachy Church and a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Sharon Testerman; children Ruthanne (Terry) Williams, Phyllis (David) Leimenstoll, Mark Testerman, Denise Schreier, and Matthew Testerman; grandchildren Mashell (Ben) Moise, Richard King, Rachel (Josh) Meyer, Cody Testerman, Kayla (Jason) Klingenberger, Becky (Jeramy) Wetoskey, and Maddisen Mingee; great-grandchildren Shayla and Izaak King-Coleman, RJ Moise, Lain and Julianna King, William and Jillian Meyer, and Gracie Wetoskey.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Jess and Mary Dorris Testerman; brothers Maurice, James, and Joseph; sons Charles Jr. and Paul; and a granddaughter, Jessica Testerman.
Services are noon Friday at St. Malachy Church. Interment will be at St. Malachy Cemetery in Brownsburg.
Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Matthews Mortuary in Brownsburg and from 10 a.m. to noon Friday at the church.
