Julia Anne Jobst

Julia Anne Jobst of Plainfield died Sunday at the age of 89.

Born Dec. 12, 1923, in Paris, Ill., she was a daughter of the late Guy and Nell Beecher.

Mrs. Jobst graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University. She worked as a secretary for the State of Indiana as well as a homemaker.

Survivors include sons J. Spencer (Karen), Mike (Diana), and Don (Rhonda) Jobst; daughters Lee (Jeff) Richardson and Martha Lou (Keith) Proctor; a sister, Marge Hutchins; 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husand, Maxwell Jobst, and a daughter, Diana Lynn Sherman.

Private graveside services will be at Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield.
