Paul A. Dennis of Camby died Tuesday. He was 31.
Born Feb. 23, 1981, in Columbus, Ohio, he was a son of Richard and Louise (Welsh) Dennis. He married Stephanie Marie Roe on May 13, 2006. She survives.
Mr. Dennis was a 1999 Plainfield High School graduate and earned a bachelor’s degree from IUPUI and a master’s from Indiana Wesleyan. He was an assistant director of admissions for Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis for three years. Mr. Dennis also coached swimming in Plainfield and Brownsburg.
His memberships included Grace Church and Campus Crusade for Christ at IUPUI, where he was a past president.
Also surviving are his parents, who live in Madison; a 10-month-old daughter, Hannah Marie Dennis; a brother, Curt Dennis of Columbus, Ohio; a sister, Karen Asher of Africa; a niece, Mimi; four nephews, Brayden, Marc, Matt, and Ethan; his father and mother-in-law, Roger and Kathryn Roe of Plainfield; and a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Roe of Plainfield.
Calling is 1-4 p.m. Oct. 15 at Grace Church, 4172 E. Allison Road, Camby, with a memorial service starting at 4 p.m.
