Sherri Vangundy Wolsifer of Camby died Dec. 22 at her home. She was 45.
Born June 22, 1968, in Danville, she was the daughter of Dean and Glenn Vangundy. She married Kevin Wolsifer and he survives.
Mrs. Wolsifer graduated from Lafayette Jefferson High School and Purdue University. She had worked for the Department of Corrections, Geico, Carpenter Realty, and Eby Brown. She was the co-owner/operator of Perfect Tan and Spa in Plainfield.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her sons, Jake and Matt Satterfield; brother, Rob (Roslyn, Hannah, Callum, and Rory) Vangundy; mother-in-law, Mary Wolsifer; brother-in-law, Rick Wolsifer; sister-in-law, Debbi (Terry) Bell; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A gathering will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Dec. 28 in Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville. At 3 p.m., friends and family will be encourages to share a memory of Mrs. Wolsifer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
