---- — Mason Lee Willige of Brownsburg died Tuesday in his home. He was 64.

He was born June 17, 1949.

Mr. Willige served two tours in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, one in Korea and one in Germany. He worked 18 years at Contract Lumber.

He had a scare station at Brownsburg’s Haunts of Hidden River for nine years, was involved in Little League and football in Pittsboro, and was a board member for the Pleasure Riders District 15 Motorcycle Club.

Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Anna Willige, whom he married on Jan. 9, 1987; brothers Riley and Robert Martin of Texas; daughters Kotara Williams of Texas, Stephanie Willige of Indianapolis, Shannon Pierle of North Carolina, and Lisa Kellems of Pittsboro; sons Mason Willige of Texas, Charlie Willige of Kansas, and Scott Willige and Jerry Kellems of Indianapolis; and 11 grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be conducted from 2-4 p.m. Aug. 10 at Cornerstone Christian Church, 8930 N. S.R. 267, Brownsburg. Willige donated his body to the IU School of Medicine.
