Paul Edwin “Hank” Saddler

Paul Edwin “Hank” Saddler of Indianapolis died Monday at St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove. He was 55.
Born July 21, 1952, in Tell City, he was a son of Paul Keith and Dorothy Evrard Saddler. He married Jan Gill on Dec. 17, 1977, in Indianapolis, and she survives.
He was a 1970 graduate of Danville High School and attended Indiana State University where he was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He worked as a warehouse manager for Finish Line and previously worked for Craft Food and L.S. Ayres.
Mr. Saddler was a member of the National Guard, American Legion Post No. 118 and Phi Delta Kappa Fraternity.
Additional survivors include his mother, Dorothy Saddler; a brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Robin Saddler of Danville; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Ron Monts of Danville; nieces and nephews Gina and husband John Kelley, Butch and wife Eun Duck Davisson, Rachael Monts, Matthew Saddler, Megan and husband Jeff Sankey, and Ryan and wife Carrie Monts; great-nieces and great-nephews Sidney, Devin, Cash, Gill, Grace, Alivia and Christian; his mother-in-law, Edith Gill; and sisters-in-law Jeanne Schackelford, Judy Grimes, and Jinny and husband Mark Thompson.
A funeral mass is set for 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church,  1005 W. Main St., Danville, with Father Bernard Cox officiating.
Calling will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Baker Funeral Home in Danville.
