George W. Crum of Bainbridge

George W. Crum of Bainbridge died Thursday. He was 82.
Born Feb. 12, 1926, in Independence, Mo., he was a son of the late Paul William Crum and Verna Fay Thomas Crum.
Mr. Crum was a U.S. Navy veteran, having served during World War II and the Korean War. He worked as an electrician for most of his life.
Survivors include children Deborah R. Brumback of Bainbridge, Theresa D. Briscoe of Coatesville, and Ed Tiller of Fresno, Calif.; sisters Jean Eigenbrod and Betty Ochsner; grandchildren Todd W. Murray, Shawna D. Larrison, Cassidy L. Briscoe, Shanea D. Briscoe, Kenneth W. Brumback, Jody Tiller, Kelly Tiller, and Joseph Tiller; and a great-grandchild, Jack W. Murray.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Frances B. Crum; a brother, William Crum; and a sister, Pauline Rose.
Services are 7 p.m. Monday at Porter Funeral Home, 315 W. Main St., Jamestown. Interment will be at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery.
Calling at the funeral home is from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday.
