The Borns attended the ceremony with Foreman, who now works for Sycamore Printing in Danville. Representatives from Visit Hendricks County, who nominated the Borns, also joined in the celebration.
Visitors spend an estimated $10 billion each year in Indiana, and tourism accounts for 200,000 jobs statewide. Here in Hendricks County, tourism contributes more than $219 million annually to the local economy, and employs nearly 3,000 people.
The Hendricks County Tourism Commission or Visit Hendricks County attracts visitors to the county by promoting and developing tourism, which stimulates economic growth and enhances quality of life.
