Mike and Christina Fecher of Danville United Methodist Church will present two of Dave Ramsey’s programs, which are opportunities to learn how to handle money. This will be the third time the program has been offered at DUMC.
Financial Peace University (FPU) is a nine-week series that discusses how to set a budget, eliminate debt, and build wealth.
The Fechers will host a preview night at 6 p.m. July 27 at the church. Classes will begin at 6 p.m. Aug. 3 and continue for the next eight weeks.
Prior to the third edition of Financial Peace University, the Fechers will offer The Legacy Journey, which is an all-new, seven-week follow up series to FPU.
This course is Biblically based and teaches participants how to live and leave a legacy for generations to come.
This class will lead participants deeper into investing, basic estate planning, purposeful living, safeguarding their legacy, and discovering the keys to generational wealth and generosity.
Typically, participants of The Legacy Journey have completed Financial Peace University, but this is not a requirement.
The Legacy Journey preview night is 6 p.m. May 25. Classes begin at 6 p.m. June 1 and will run for the next six Sundays.
To register for any of the Dave Ramsey classes, call the Fechers at 268-4392.
