Steffen and his wife Jami have been married for 16 years and have children ages 10, 9, 7 and 5.
He currently serves as Washington Township Republican vice chairman and precinct committeeman. He is active in Avon youth activities including AJAA coaching and Cub Scouts. He is a member of Kingsway Christian Church and has lived in Washington Township for the last 16 years.
If elected, Steffen says he plans to continue the good stewardship of the current board while continuing to look for ways to maximize the taxpayer dollar. As part of the board, he says he will make sure the township has the fire protection needed and that the parks stay a positive aspect of the community.
He says his top priority will be to make sure the township continues to provide the level of service residents expect while being efficient with every taxpayer dollar.
TOWNSHIP TRUSTEE (Center)
Judy White – R
Judy White of Danville is a high school graduate with 25 years of experience in the Center Township Trustee’s office serving nine years as the deputy assessor. She has attended Indiana Trustee Association conferences for each of those 25 years.
She and her husband Ken have two sons and four grandchildren and are members of the West Point Parents Club of Indiana and Danville United Methodist Church.
If re-elected, White says she will continue to serve the citizens to provide the best public safety possible with the Danville Fire Department. She hopes to hire additional needed fire personnel, purchased needed fire equipment, purchase signs for the seven township cemeteries.
She said she works 24-7 for the citizens of the township in the areas of her job: fire protection, township assistance, weed issues, and more.

Patsy D. Wynn – R
Patsy Wynn has worked as a member of the Center Township Board for the last several years and currently serves as board secretary. She is also president of the Joint Board of Danville/Center Township Ambulance Service.
