Business Professionals of America students at Avon High School are offering adult education computer classes. Students teach the classes with other students assisting.
The proceeds from the classes are used to help pay the expenses of state and national conferences of the BPA members. The instructions will be one-on-one with students helping adults.
Classes will be conducted from 6 to 8 p.m. Nov. 12, 14, 19 and 21.
A Social Networking/Internet class will teach participants how to use the computer. Mouse click, making folders, and saving work will be covered. Participants can also learn how to work with social networking, their smart phone and general information about the internet.
Classes are $20 each or $60 for all four nights. Checks may be made payable to Avon High School. Participants should enter through the front door of the school as BPA members will be there to greet them.
