Hendricks County Project Lifesaver is hosting a charity motorcycle ride on July 17.
The ride will begin at Indy West Harley Davidson in Plainfield with festivities starting at 9 a.m. and the ride beginning about noon. The ride will end across the street from Indy West Harley Davidson at the Coachman Restaurant, where there will be more festivities.
There will be door prizes and a raffle for new Vance and Hines exhaust pipes. There will also be food, drinks, and entertainment at both locations.
Money raised from the charity ride will help support Hendricks County Project Lifesaver, a county wide program benefiting the people of Hendricks County. Currently, Hendricks County Project Lifesaver has 20 clients. The program is open to any person with a tendency to wander off. This includes people with AlzheimerÕs, dementia, and autism.
