Training studio open just in time for the new year

Just in time for New Year’s Resolutions, Erin Schwein Fitness is opening a new fitness studio just behind the Kroger shopping center at 188 N S.R. 267 Ste. 102 in Avon. This women’s only training studio will offer fun and unique classes as well as goal-oriented personal training.

There will be a free sample classes held in the afternoon on Jan. 1, 2014, to help kick of the year. The official class schedule will begin Jan. 6. All the classes are designed to be fun and effective. From the 30/20/10 Tabata style class to the Rock Diva dance style class to the Knockout kickbox style class, members will definitely have fun while burning fat and toning up.

Those looking for a class that offers more personalized attention and accountability should be sure to check out the Get H.O.T. (Highly Optimized Training) class option. This is an exclusive class and participants must sign up to attend each class

Schwein said she wanted to create a training studio that was warm and inviting, but also delivers results.

“I want to know the name of every women that walks in the doors.,” Schwein said, in a pres release. “And I want to know their goals and struggles. I want to know what motivates them and what scares them.”

With the help of Schanel Manek of Guns and Glutes, Erin Schwein hopes that this will be the place that women think of when they decide they are serious about getting in shape and having fun doing it.

“Reaching our fitness goals is hard work and can be an emotional journey,” she said. “But if you are continuously making progress, learning new things, making friends and having fun while you are doing it, then the journey doesn’t seem so bumpy.”

While the classes and personal training are the only things on the services menu for January, there are many new classes, opportunities and options coming between now and the Spring.
