PHS alumni invited to banquet

— The Plainfield High School Alumni Association is inviting graduates to attend a banquet to celebrate 108 years of PHS graduating classes. All PHS graduates and their friends and family are welcome.
The banquet will be June 8 at Primo’s Banquet Center West, 2352 Hadley Rd., Plainfield. Registration and social hour begins at 12:30 p.m. with a buffet luncheon and the program following at 1:30 p.m.
Cost is $17 per person.
The event’s featured speaker will be Scott Olinger, the new superintendent of Plainfield schools.
Following the banquet, there will be buses provided to tour the new PHS.
Photos will be on display and graduates of the following classes will be honored: 1933, ‘38, ‘43, ‘48, ‘53, ‘58, ‘63, ‘68, ‘73, ‘78, and ‘83.
Reservations may be mailed to and checks made payable to PHS Alumni Association, 222 E. Main St., Plainfield, IN 46168. The graduate’s full name (maiden name if applicable) and year of graduation should be included.
The alumni association also encourages a $5 dues payment per graduate and/or a monetary alumni donation or a scholarship donation.
