— Teens Like Legos Too! will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 10. You are never too old to play with Legos. The grade school students started their Lego club in October; now it is your turn. Come into the library to hang out with friends and play with our HUGE Lego collection. This program is exclusively for students in grades 6 to 12. Registration is appreciated but not required.
— Teens Like Candy Too! Gingerbread House Program will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 11. All students in grades 6 through 12 are invited to make a gingerbread house at the library. Bring a can of frosting and a bag of candy to share. Please register for this program so we know what to purchase.
— Anime and Manga Club will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Dec. 17. This is the library’s monthly Anime and Manga club. This is a program for 6 through 12 grade students. Registration is requested but not required. The group takes turns bringing in anime to watch, do crafts, have snacks, and play games. Every month it is something a little different.

— Make Boomwhacker Music will take place from 3 to 3:45 p.m. today. Come play with Boomwhackers, plastic tubes tuned to musical notes. The group will experiment with the sounds they make, and whack out rhythm patterns and even songs. Especially fun for kids who like music and/or how things work. — Great Beginnings: Wonderful Ones will take place from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Nov. 25. Great Beginnings is a series of fun, lively programs with stories and activities supporting the five early literacy practices: Reading, playing, talking, singing/rhyming, and Writing. Each age group is geared to match the attention span and developmental level of the children. This is a free program, but registration is required.
