EXCHANGE CLUB OF SPEEDWAY — meets the first through the fourth Tuesdays of each month from noon to 1 p.m. at Grindstone Charley’s, 5822 Crawfordsville Road. Visitors are welcomed and selections of lunch entrees are provided at a cost of $10. Exchange, America’s Service Club, is a group of men and women working together to make its community a better place to live through service programs. These service programs promote patriotism, and belief in one nation under God. Prevention of child abuse is its national project and locally it supports the Children’s Bureau Family Support Center. PLAINFIELD DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE — meets 4 p.m. in the Plainfield Municipal Building, 206 W. Main St.

AVON FARMERS MARKET — open 4-7 p.m. in the Avon Hendricks Regional Health parking lot, 8244 E. U.S. 36. Includes vendors selling fresh produce, homemade bakery items, and handmade goods. Open each Tuesday through Sept. 24.
