Brides to Be Expo returns

“It really is a lot of fun because no bride comes alone,” Johnson said. “They usually bring their mother or two or three girlfriends. Some brides can even convince the groom to come along.”

He said most brides who attend are just starting with their planning.

“I’d say 90 percent just got engaged over the holidays,” Johnson said. “But we do get a few who are in the final stages of planning and they’re just looking for a few last minute touches at the show.”

Five Star Catering at Primo West is at 2353 E. Hadley Road, Plainfield.

There are still vendor opportunities left for the expo. For more information, call the Flyer office at 272-5800.
