Kiwanis Club to host Daddy/Daughter Dance

The Kiwanis Club of Danville will host its fifth annual Daddy/Daughter Dance from 6 to 8 p.m. Feb. 22 at the Danville Community Middle School.

This event is for girls ages 3 to 12 to attend with dads, granddads or other important adult male figures in their lives. Registration for this event is $25, plus $5 per additional daughter, and can be completed online at www.DanvilleKiwanis.org.

Girls receive corsages upon arrival and can have their photo taken with their daddy free of charge. Refreshments are provided, and every girl receives a door prize throughout the evening.

Founded in 1915, Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.

The Kiwanis Club of Danville is in its 13th year of service and meets every Tuesday at noon at Dave’s All-American Pizza and Eatery in Danville. More information about the club can be found at DanvilleKiwanis.org.

Anyone is welcome to attend meetings and to join the club at any time.
