Bromans celebrate 60th

Carl B. and Verona (Carlson) Broman of Plainfield will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with family. They were married at Mount Herman Lutheran Church in Annandale, Minn., in 1949.

Mr. Broman is retired from the FAA and is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran. Mrs. Broman taught school before becoming a full-time homemaker.

They are members of Plainfield United Methodist Church.

The Bromans are the parents of Carl R. Broman of Redmond, Wash.; Bob Broman of Wheaton, Ill.; Karen Taber of Plainfield; Sue Goodwin of Indianapolis; Marlys Vaccari of Plainfield; and Craig Broman of Plainfield.

They are the grandparents of Hannah, Jami, Lori, Scott, Aileen, Brenda, Tina, Amanda, Caleb, Mark, Angela, Christopher, and Megan; and the great-grandcparents of Ashley, Emily, Isabelle, Olivia, Madeline, and Kyle.
