Galyans celebrate 50 years

Virgil E. and Sandra S. (Titus) Galyan of Martinsville will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 27. They were married in Muskegon, Mich., in 1959.

Mr. Galyan is retired from Groniger Excavating, where he worked for 35 years. Mrs. Galyan is retired from teaching at Brentwood Elementary School in Plainfield, where she worked for 28 years.

They are the parents and in-laws of Randy and Mary Galyan of Stilesville, Kevin and Debbie Noel of Monrovia, and Ken and Cindy Downs of Flower Mound, Texas. Grandchildren are Jessica, Kelleigh, Emily, and Rachel Downs, Kyle Noel and wife Cindy, Alicia Noel, and Michael Galyan.

The couple will be celebrating their anniversary from 1-6 p.m. June 27 at the home of Debbie Noel.
