Airman completes basic training

U.S. Air Force Airman First Class Brian S. Cutcliff has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

During his six weeks of training, Cutcliff studied the Air Force mission, organization, and military customs and courtesies; performed drill and ceremony marches, and received physical training, rifle marksmanship, field training exercises, and special training in human relations.

In addition, Cutcliff will be earning credits toward an associate degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

He earned distinction as an honor graduate.

Cutcliff is the son of William Cutcliff of Zionsville and Linda Cutcliff of Brownsburg. He graduated from Zionsville High School in 1999 and from Purdue University with a bachelor’s degree in 2003.
