PLAINFIELD — Hanzo Logistics and Ambrose Property Group recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 403,200-square-foot headquarters office and distribution facility located at 450 Airtech Parkway in Plainfield.
This development will become the new headquarters for Hanzo Logistics, a logistics firm specializing in warehouse management, fulfillment and distribution, cold storage and transportation.
Cushman & Wakefield/Summit brokers, Cam Kucic and Matt McGrady, represented Hanzo in its search for a new distribution facility.
This facility will accommodate Hanzo’s expansion requirements and anticipated growth. Ambrose Property Group has hired Pepper Construction as the general contractor and JRA Architecture as the project architect.

The anticipated completion date for the project is September of 2014.
