Indy Defenders of Liberty West will hold its monthly meetin from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Nov. 25 at the West Central Conservancy District, 243 S. C.R. 625 E., Avon.
At this meeting, Indiana State Sen. Jim Smith will be speaking on issues concerning the 17th Amendment of the Constitution. He will also speak on TIF (tax-increment financing) and the redevelopment commission of legislation and other legislative issues.
The Indy Defenders of Liberty West are dedicated to the education and concerns of the Constitution and all related documents for the country and the state of Indiana.
The group welcomes the public to come. There are no dues and no membership fees.
“People don’t know what goes on at our meetings,” member Sheila Eberly said. “We can all learn from these meetings and make informed decisions.”
The Indy Defenders of Liberty West have speakers come from all over to their meetings, and they are looking forward to this upcoming one on Monday.
General meetings are every fourth Monday of each month, except when holidays intervene. All meetings start at 6:30 p.m.
