Patrick Groeschen of Boy Scout Troop 304 conducted his Eagle Scout Project on June 15 at the Plainfield Friends Meeting. His project was funded by at $500 grant from the United Way Youth as Resources program. Other contributors included a monetary donation from the Plainfield Friends Meeting, family members, and by Girl Scout Troop 1655. The project will benefit the church and community as well as give Cub Scout Pack 429 a place to have campfires and earn badges. Here, the rock is being spread by adults and youth from Boy Scout Troop 304 and Cub Scout Pack 429.
